Description: Malva sylvestris 'Zebrina' is a long blooming plant. Malva also goes by the common names of Hollyhock and Mallow. Malva is easy to grow in full sun and well drained soil. Soft pink flowers with striking, raspberry-purple veins, achieving a pinwheel effect. Heat and drought are not a problem for this perennial. Malva will self-seed readily assuring years of blooms. Provides nectar and pollen for bees. Supports a variety of beneficial insects and birds. Great for containers.
