Silver
thyme is an excellent rock garden herb with its silvery foliage. It makes an
attractive ground cover plant or plant it in pots, planters and window boxes.
In addition to its use in the landscape, it is also used to make herbal teas,
and is used to season fish, carrots, onions, barbecue sauce and clam chowder.
Care:
Maintain compact, healthy plants by cutting off the flowering stems, once finished
blooming.
