It will grow to a height of 3-4 feet. This evergreen shrub has grayish green leaves which resemble needles. This is an upright form of rosemary.

Harvesting: To use your rosemary in cooking or drying, simply snip off what you would need. This will cause your plant to branch out more. You can easily shape your rosemary into a topiary this way also.
